Below is the current list of the insurance plans in which we are participating. If you have any questions, please email our Billing Office at [email protected]. If we are not on your insurance plan, we can still treat you and offer a cost effective self-pay rate OR provide you the necessary paperwork to send into your insurance provider, though we cannot guarantee coverage.
Please Note: Not all locations currently accept Medicaid. Please visit the location page for details regarding Medicaid insurance. Anthem Pathway X policies are out of network with Piedmont Urgent Care. Self-pay options are still available to patients.
Piedmont Urgent Care Self-Pay
Piedmont Urgent Care believes in providing transparent self-pay pricing that helps you understand what your visit will cost. For those without insurance or who prefer to pay out of pocket, care is available for a flat-rate self-pay price of $210, which covers most services*, such as medical exams, in-house X-rays, in-house labs, procedures, IV medications, and testing.
*Durable medical equipment (such as crutches, preformed splints, and orthopedic boots), send-out labs, and some pharmaceuticals are offered at an additional cost. Vaccinations, immunizations, drug screens and physicals are priced individually.
