“Help me, help you!” Here are a few things you’ll need to bring to your visit.
As of 5/11/23, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has declared that there is no longer a public health emergency due to COVID-19. As a result, many insurance payors will no longer be waiving patient co-pays, coinsurances, and deductibles for COVID-19 related visits. We are encouraging our patients to reach out to their insurance companies directly with questions about coverage for COVID-19 related visits.
“The ability of an urgent care center to provide immediate care for acute, non-life threatening illness and injury is a critical component of any community’s health system. Cooperation between patients, primary physicians, emergency departments and urgent care providers can create a network of care options that puts the patient in the right hands at the right time for the right level of care.”- UCAOA
